Landmark Group has announced the appointment of Ina Bajwa as the new Group Head of Talent and Engagement. In this strategic role, Bajwa joins the Group HR leadership team and will lead the development of a unified talent strategy across Landmark’s expansive omnichannel retail and hospitality operations in 17 countries, including regions in the Middle East, Africa, India, and Southeast Asia.
Her mandate includes aligning talent development initiatives with the group’s evolving business objectives, driving executive succession planning, and enhancing leadership capabilities across the organization’s diverse and rapidly growing portfolio. Bajwa will also focus on strengthening employee engagement, developing high-potential talent pipelines, and supporting Landmark’s commitment to building a performance-driven culture.
Prior to joining Landmark Group, Bajwa held the position of Chief Talent Officer at Tata Digital, where she played a key role in shaping and implementing the talent strategy for the digital businesses of the Tata Group. Over her decade-long tenure within the Tata Group, she held several senior HR leadership positions, contributing to enterprise-wide transformation programs and leadership development initiatives.
Her earlier career includes senior human resources roles at HSBC and Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where she was responsible for driving talent management, organizational effectiveness, and strategic HR interventions in globally matrixed environments.
With Landmark Group’s strong emphasis on people-driven growth, Bajwa’s appointment underscores the organization’s continued focus on leveraging talent as a key enabler of business performance and innovation.
