Before joining WNS, he held senior leadership positions at Genpact, where he served as Vice President – Solutions & Practice and Business Leader – Hospitality & Services. There, he was responsible for driving innovation, managing large-scale operations, and formulating growth strategies across sectors.
He began his professional journey at GE, where he gained vital experience in audit and regulatory affairs, laying a strong foundation in compliance and business process rigor. This blend of deep domain expertise and cross-industry leadership makes Krishnan uniquely equipped to lead enterprise-wide transformation efforts at WNS.
