Sinclair Inc. has named Narinder Sahai, CFA® as its new Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, bringing on board a seasoned finance leader with over 20 years of cross-sector experience.
Narinder’s expertise spans capital markets, treasury, M&A, investor relations, and emerging technologies such as AI and machine learning. His appointment signals Sinclair’s strategic focus on financial transformation and tech-enabled growth.
Before joining Sinclair, Narinder served as CFO at Arcis Golf and previously at RumbleOn, where he led core financial operations, strategic initiatives, and high-impact integrations. He has also held senior leadership roles at Amazon Web Services (AWS), Target Hospitality, and TechnipFMC, overseeing global finance functions and investor relations.
With experience across both publicly traded firms and private equity-backed companies in industries ranging from leisure and industrial to technology, Narinder brings a well-rounded perspective to Sinclair’s executive leadership team.
An MBA from the University of Michigan – Stephen M. Ross School of Business, and a valedictorian graduate in engineering from Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology, Narinder’s analytical depth and innovation-first mindset are set to drive Sinclair’s next chapter of growth.
