With more than 26 years of professional experience spanning the automotive, electronics, and chemical sectors, Hemant brings a wealth of knowledge in manufacturing and supply chain management. His career is marked by significant leadership roles across multiple geographies, including India, Malaysia, and Japan, allowing him to develop a broad and nuanced understanding of global manufacturing best practices.
Prior to joining Fenesta, Hemant served as the Manufacturing Director – Asia (India, Malaysia, Japan) at Johnson Matthey. In that capacity, he was responsible for managing multi-site operations and spearheading supply chain optimization efforts to enhance productivity and efficiency. His strategic initiatives contributed to operational improvements and cost control across diverse manufacturing environments.
Hemant’s earlier experience includes key roles at renowned companies such as Hitachi Metglas, Honeywell, Delphi Packard Systems, and Motherson Group.
