Based in Noida, Kapoor’s arrival aligns with Eastman’s strategic vision of cultivating a people-first workplace culture that supports the company’s growth trajectory. His leadership is expected to guide critical HR functions and drive initiatives that strengthen employee experience, workforce capability, and organizational agility.
Kapoor brings with him an impressive cross-sectoral background, having worked in diverse industries including energy, manufacturing, and pharmaceuticals. Before joining Eastman, he was the Head – HR for the Confectionery Strategic Business Unit at DS Group, where he played a pivotal role in aligning HR initiatives with business objectives. His previous roles also include senior HR leadership positions at Luminous Power Technologies, Moser Baer India Ltd., and Nicholas Piramal (India) Ltd. / Roche Products Ltd., where he successfully managed large-scale people operations and transformation efforts.
