He later rose to become the Chief Operating Officer of Madison Infinity, during which time he achieved a 40% compound annual growth rate (CAGR) over three years. Under his leadership, Madison onboarded several top-tier clients including McDonald’s, Marico, and Cadbury, strengthening its portfolio and establishing the agency as a major player in media planning and buying.
Following his first stint at Madison, Varghese held several prominent leadership roles across global media and digital organizations. These include senior positions at WPP, where he was involved in strategic communications and media investment; The Walt Disney Company, where he contributed to brand development; ShareChat, where he played a crucial role in digital monetization and partnerships; and most recently at JioStar, where he further honed his expertise in digital ecosystems and business transformation.
