Capgemini has entered into an agreement to acquire Cloud4C Services, a Singapore-based managed services provider known for its automation-driven solutions for hybrid and sovereign cloud environments. The deal, which is still subject to regulatory approval, is expected to be finalized in the coming months and will further enhance Capgemini’s position in the fast-growing cloud managed services space.
Founded in 2014, Cloud4C employs more than 1,600 professionals and has built a reputation for expertise in AI operations, automation frameworks, and hyper-automated cloud management across the technology stack. Its offerings include a wide portfolio of value-added services such as disaster recovery, cybersecurity, and compliance solutions tailored to industry needs.

From Cloud4C’s perspective, the deal marks a significant growth milestone. Sridhar Pinnapureddy, Chairman and Managing Director of Cloud4C, described the acquisition as “an exciting next chapter, enabling us to scale our cloud migration and management frameworks more efficiently.”
Capgemini highlighted that the integration of Cloud4C will expand its global footprint in cloud services, accelerate its leadership in SAP-related solutions, and open up cross-selling opportunities across its combined client base. With enterprises increasingly demanding advanced, automated, and secure cloud solutions, the acquisition aligns with Capgemini’s broader strategy of enabling digital transformation through next-generation cloud and AI-driven automation platforms.
By combining Cloud4C’s automation-first approach with Capgemini’s global scale and consulting expertise, the deal is expected to deliver more resilient, intelligent, and industry-specific solutions to clients worldwide.
