At ReNew, she most recently served as CHRO – Manufacturing, driving HR strategy for the company’s manufacturing vertical. Earlier, she held key roles including Senior Vice President – HR for Solar Projects, Manufacturing, Projects, and O&M, and Vice President – HR and Talent Head, where she led several initiatives in talent management, organisational transformation, and leadership development. Before joining ReNew, Garima had a distinguished consulting career, serving as Director at Deloitte and working with Korn Ferry Hay Group, where she advised large organisations on people strategy, culture building, and change management. She also gained early career experience at PwC, HSBC, and Genpact, building strong expertise in HR business partnering, learning and development, and workforce planning.
