She most recently served as Founder & CEO of MB NorthStar Consulting Pvt. Ltd., where she advised companies on workforce strategies, leadership development, and change management.
Her earlier leadership roles include Director of People Operations at Room to Read India and Associate Director – Human Capital at the Clinton Health Access Initiative, Inc., where she spearheaded large-scale HR interventions to improve organizational capabilities and align people strategies with long-term impact goals. She has also held senior HR positions at the Central Square Foundation, Amity Education Group, HCLTech, and STL – Sterlite Technologies Limited, building expertise in employee engagement, capability building, and performance transformation.
