Gruve has appointed Prajna Mohanty as Director – People & Culture, strengthening its leadership team with a human resources veteran who brings more than 18 years of experience in organizational leadership and HR strategy. In her new role, Mohanty will be responsible for driving transformative people initiatives and shaping a high-performance culture across the company’s hybrid workforce in Pune.
Her career reflects a strong track record of delivering impact through progressive HR systems, organizational transformation, and talent management frameworks. Before joining Gruve, Mohanty served at Collabera as Executive Director and Director – HR, where she led people and talent strategies for the company’s Global Delivery Center (GDC). Her contributions there were instrumental in strengthening workforce engagement and aligning HR practices with long-term business goals.
Over the years, Mohanty has held influential roles at Ascendion, SS&C Technologies, NSEIT LIMITED, WNS, Woodfield Systems USA, L T FOODS LIMITED, and Sodexo. In each of these positions, she consistently focused on building scalable HR policies, strengthening employee engagement, and enabling cultural change to support evolving business needs.
