Before joining Sugam Group, Deepak served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Mynd Integrated Solutions Pvt. Ltd., where he played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s HR roadmap and steering multiple large-scale transformation initiatives. His career also includes extensive experience in greenfield projects, startup leadership, and organizational restructuring, areas where he has successfully built sustainable systems for governance, succession planning, and performance excellence.
An alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, Deepak is widely recognized for his people-first approach and his commitment to mentoring emerging leaders.
