India Becomes #1 by Signups and #2 by Enterprise Revenue

October – ElevenLabs, the world’s leading voice AI research and deployment company, today announced the completion of its first year in India, now its largest market by signups and second-largest by enterprise revenue. Over the past year, Indian enterprises, startups, and creators have embraced ElevenLabs’ voice AI to reimagine customer engagement and multilingual content creation.Supporting this rapid adoption, ElevenLabs has spent the past year building and scaling a dedicated India team focused on enterprise partnerships, product integration, and regional innovationEnterprises across sectors are using voice AI as core infrastructure:

  • Meesho automates over 60,000 customer support calls daily in Hindi and English.
  • Cars24 transforms more than 20,000 multilingual conversations every month into insights, helping resolve issues 50% faster.
  • Pocket FM, Kuku FM, and ShareChat cut production costs by up to 90% while scaling multilingual storytelling and audio content.
  • Ed-techs like SuperNova and Adobe Captivate are localising e-learning content and delivering personalised tutoring in multiple Indian languages

As part of its long-term commitment, ElevenLabs has launched initiatives to support India’s growing voice AI economy:

  • Voice Actor Marketplace: Projected to pay out upwards of $1M to Indian voice talent by end-2025, while ensuring diverse, high-quality Indian voices are available for enterprise use cases.
  • Startup Grants Program: Already supported 500+ Indian startups and developers with free access to ElevenLabs APIs to accelerate innovation
  • ElevenLabs Impact Program that partners with nonprofits focused on healthcare, accessibility, and education to provide free licenses for projects that drive social good, is set to be formally launched soon
