
Preeti Gupta Appointed Chief Business Officer at Aditya Birla Lifestyle Brands Limited, bringing with her a distinguished career across Nykaa Fashion, Enamor – a Modenik Lifestyle Brand, Tommy Hilfiger, Reliance Retail, and Madura Garments. In her previous role as Chief Business Officer – Owned Brands at Nykaa Fashion, she launched and scaled Nykd by Nykaa from 0 to ₹200 Cr ARR while achieving EBITDA-positive growth within four years. She expanded the brand across 2000+ general trade outlets and 40 exclusive stores, led the acquisition and 5X scaling of Kica, and oversaw the owned brands, physical retail, and marketplace verticals. Preeti also contributed at the board level through FSN Distribution, reinforcing her strategic leadership in the fashion and beauty ecosystem.
Her appointment at Aditya Birla Lifestyle Brands marks a significant addition to the company’s leadership bench, bringing in a seasoned executive with deep experience in brand building, retail expansion, and P&L management. Gupta’s ability to take nascent brands to scale and unlock profitability has been evident across her career journey, making her a strong fit for the company’s ambition to strengthen its lifestyle and fashion portfolio.
Before joining Aditya Birla Lifestyle Brands Limited, Preeti served as COO at Enamor – a Modenik Lifestyle Brand, where she co-led the strategic and operational transformation that resulted in the brand’s successful sale to Advent. She tripled the brand’s size, strengthened margins, launched new categories, and spearheaded a fresh retail store concept. Her earlier leadership roles at Tommy Hilfiger and Reliance Retail—where she was part of the founding team of Reliance Trends and helped drive the vision of democratizing fashion in India—further established her impact. Beginning her journey at Madura Garments with Allen Solly womenswear, she consistently delivered P&L success and category growth across renowned lifestyle organizations.
