Sharma’s move comes with a strong foundation built on more than 13 years of global experience across Google, Twitter, TikTok (ByteDance), and leading Indian unicorns. Recognized among India’s Top 40 Under 40, he has consistently been known for turning complex business problems into scalable, insight-led, commercially impactful marketing strategies. His expertise bridges brand-building, AI-led engagement, full-funnel growth, and multi-market execution across APAC, MEA, and India.
His specialties span data-led growth strategy, AI-powered customer engagement, multi-market campaign rollouts, brand storytelling that lifts retention and DAUs, performance-brand integration, and building high-impact teams and communities. He has led viral campaigns, structured full-funnel ecosystems, and delivered marketing programs that blend experimentation with measurable business results.
Before joining Handpickd, Sharma served as General Manager, Marketing at Revolt Motors from October 2023 to August 2025. During his tenure, he led marketing for India’s No.1 electric motorcycle brand and spearheaded two major product launches that drove significant retail growth and expanded national visibility.
Prior to Revolt, as Director, Strategy & Expansion at CarDekho, Sharma developed and executed growth strategies rooted in consumer insights and brand equity building. He collaborated closely with cross-functional teams, shaped integrated narratives, identified new market opportunities, and built strategic partnerships to enhance exposure and consistency across touchpoints.
His earlier roles include working as a Brand Strategist at Twitter—as part of the global Twitter Next team—where he consulted marquee brands such as Netflix, Spotify, Xiaomi, Meta, Hyundai, Google, Mahindra, Coca-Cola, and OnePlus. At ByteDance, he served as a Creative Strategist, crafting digital-first brand solutions tailored for rapid-growth platforms.
