Ganesh Malkar has been appointed as the National Head – Installation at Wohr Parking Systems Pvt. Ltd. India, bringing with him an extensive track record of leading high-impact execution teams across automated car parking, elevators, ASRS, SPMs, and material handling systems. A seasoned professional in field operations and project management, he has consistently demonstrated the ability to deliver results across diverse engineering industries. Malkar is recognised for his strength in customer excellence, subcontractor and team management, safety and quality compliance, and the seamless execution of multi-site projects. With a solid engineering foundation and hands-on experience spanning shop floors, greenfield executions, and large-scale installation programs, he brings both technical depth and strategic vision to his new mandate.
Prior to joining Wohr Parking Systems, he served in a senior leadership capacity at RR Parkon, where he oversaw nationwide project and installation operations. His responsibilities spanned customer management, PAN-India installation leadership, people development, and end-to-end project lifecycle oversight. He played a critical role in building cohesive engineering teams, driving digital transformation, implementing robust quality systems, and rolling out change management and strategic differentiation initiatives.
Before RR Parkon, he spent significant time at Schindler India, where he held key positions, including Area Manager – NI and Group Leader. His role involved leading new installation fulfillment, aligning regional operations with business goals, strengthening safety compliance, mentoring technical teams, and ensuring the timely delivery of complex elevator installation projects. Earlier, at Godrej Consoveyo Logistics and Automation, Malkar managed ASRS and material-handling project execution, resource development, site supervision, and client coordination—further shaping his operational leadership.
He also gained entrepreneurial exposure through his tenure as the Sole Proprietor of Kavery Udyog, trading industrial goods and engaging directly with suppliers and clients.
With this appointment, Wohr Parking Systems strengthens its leadership bench as it continues expanding its automated parking installation footprint across India. Malkar’s proven expertise in execution, quality, digital transformation, and people leadership is expected to bolster Wohr’s operational efficiency and customer delivery standards nationwide.
