Over the course of his career, Gadodia has held influential financial roles at Intas Pharmaceuticals, Lupin, Novartis, and Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, contributing to areas such as business finance, global BPA operations, commercial finance, and manufacturing oversight. His earlier work with Shell and the Tolaram Group further strengthened his expertise in financial management, operations, and governance.
