A significant highlight of his career includes his decade-long tenure at Equitas Small Finance Bank, where he steered Strategy, Investor Relations, Analytics, and Customer Experience functions. His work there was instrumental in the organization’s evolution and expansion. “His decade-long tenure at Equitas Small Finance Bank, where he led Strategy, IR, Analytics, and CE, played a key role in the institution’s transition from a microfinance entity to a robust small finance bank.” This experience equips him with the capability to shape sustainable strategic programs at Veritas Finance.
