Before joining Scripbox, Kulkarni served as Head of HR at redBus, where he played a pivotal role in talent strategy, organisational transformation and end-to-end workforce development. At redBus, he contributed to major initiatives involving talent acquisition, capability-building, leadership development and HR digitisation—efforts that supported the company’s expansion into new markets and business lines. His ability to align people strategy with business priorities made him a key driver of organisational continuity and cultural cohesion during periods of rapid growth.
Kulkarni’s earlier experience at Ola and Cisco further broadened his expertise across diverse HR domains, giving him exposure to large-scale employee engagement programs, HR business partnering, M&A integration processes, and collaboration with global engineering teams. These roles allowed him to gain a deeper understanding of the needs of high-growth, innovation-driven organisations and helped refine his approach to people-centric transformation. His background across these varied environments equips him with a strong foundation to navigate both scale and complexity—critical attributes for his new role at Scripbox.
