
PwC Acceleration Center India has appointed Flavy Sequeira as its new Director – Learning and Development, strengthening its focus on building future-ready talent and enhancing enterprise-wide learning culture. Known for her ability to transform L&D ecosystems across global organisations, Flavy brings extensive experience in designing high-impact learning strategies, driving capability development, and partnering closely with business leaders. Her appointment signals PwC’s ongoing commitment to creating robust, scalable learning frameworks that support its growing workforce.
Flavy joins PwC Acceleration Center India after a successful tenure at BNP Paribas, where she held key leadership roles in Learning and Development—first as Assistant Vice President and later as Vice President. During this period, she played a pivotal role in advancing talent development, leading blended learning programs, and strengthening managerial and leadership capability initiatives. Her track record positions her well to shape PwC’s learning agenda and introduce transformative approaches to employee development.
Before her time at BNP Paribas, Flavy gained significant L&D exposure at KPMG India, contributing to digital learning transformation, onboarding programs, assessment centres, and performance enhancement initiatives. Her work helped streamline learning processes and improve employee readiness across teams. She also began her career with Tata Communications, where she developed a strong grounding in HR operations, talent processes, and organisational capability building.
With more than a decade of experience spanning leadership development, program design, strategic learning consulting, and project management, Flavy’s role at PwC Acceleration Center India marks an important milestone in the company’s talent development journey. Her diverse expertise and holistic approach to capability building are expected to accelerate PwC’s mission of nurturing continuous learning, fostering employee growth, and enabling teams to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving business landscape.
