Her work in these organisations focused on building scalable go-to-market strategies, strengthening alliances, and driving adoption of next-generation digital solutions across large customer segments.
Her career also includes leadership stints at Reliance Communications, MTS – Sistema Shyam Teleservices Ltd., and Kasturi & Sons, Ltd. Across these roles, she has developed a strong track record in strategic enterprise deals, partner ecosystem development, and high-performance sales leadership. This diverse experience has given her a broad perspective across telecom, media, and enterprise technology markets, along with hands-on expertise in navigating complex, fast-evolving business environments.
In her new role at NxtGen, Rashmi will be responsible for leading the company’s channel sales and partnerships strategy nationwide. Her mandate includes expanding and enabling the partner ecosystem, driving enterprise adoption of cloud and AI solutions, and strengthening NxtGen’s market presence as organisations modernise their IT infrastructure. She will work closely with system integrators, technology partners, and enterprise customers to deliver solutions aligned with security, compliance, and performance requirements.
