Diksha brings extensive experience in HR business partnering and talent management within engineering-led and technology-driven organizations. Prior to joining PayU, she served as Senior Manager HRBP at Xebia, where she worked closely with cross-functional technology teams to enhance organizational performance and drive agile HR practices. Her leadership journey also includes key roles at Attra, a Synechron Company, and Ness Digital Engineering, where she contributed to building high-performing, collaborative, and innovation-focused work environments.
Her earlier experience spans organizations such as redBus, Oracle India Pvt. Ltd., and Outsource Partners International (EXL), providing her with a strong foundation in global HR operations, technology ecosystems, and strategic people management. Across these roles, Diksha has demonstrated expertise in designing talent strategies that align with business objectives, driving workforce engagement, and enabling scalable solutions for rapidly growing teams.
