Manoj Mudaliar, CAMS, has been elevated to Director – Strategic Accounts at emagine, marking a key leadership milestone as the firm sharpens its focus on growth across strategic client relationships and strengthens its AML and financial crime capabilities. In his expanded role, Manoj will drive value across key accounts, oversee complex engagements, and help global clients navigate an increasingly demanding regulatory and compliance environment.
The appointment reflects Manoj’s long-standing contribution to emagine and his deep expertise in anti-money laundering (AML), know-your-customer (KYC), and financial crime compliance. As AML Practice Lead, he has been instrumental in building and scaling the firm’s AML and KYC operations, supporting clients with robust compliance frameworks, operational resilience, and regulatory readiness. His hands-on leadership has helped emagine deliver large-scale programmes while maintaining high standards of quality and governance.
In his new role, Manoj will bring together domain depth and strategic account leadership to strengthen long-term client partnerships. He will focus on aligning compliance solutions with broader business objectives, helping organisations respond to evolving regulatory expectations, heightened enforcement scrutiny, and the growing complexity of global financial crime risks. His mandate also includes supporting emagine’s global expansion by deepening relationships with key clients across markets.
Before joining emagine, Manoj built an extensive career across leading global organisations. At Genpact, where he served as Assistant Vice President, he led large-scale AML operations and transformation initiatives for global financial institutions. His earlier role at EY GBS as Assistant Director further strengthened his exposure to advisory-led compliance engagements and regulatory programmes.
Manoj spent a decade at RBS Services India, where he played a critical role in leading AML operations and managing large, diverse teams. During this period, he developed strong expertise in operational delivery, regulatory change management, and stakeholder engagement across geographies.
Across his career, Manoj has established a reputation for combining regulatory rigor with practical execution.
