
Bahwan CyberTek has appointed Priya Venkataraman as its new Group Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), strengthening the company’s leadership team as it scales its global operations and accelerates transformation across its services, consulting, and products businesses. In her new role, Priya will be responsible for shaping and advancing the Group’s global HR strategy and administration services, with a strong focus on building scalable, future-ready people practices that align talent with business growth objectives.
Her appointment comes at a time when Bahwan CyberTek is expanding its digital and technology-led offerings across multiple markets. As organisations increasingly compete for specialised skills while navigating hybrid work models and rapid technological change, the role of HR has become central to sustaining growth and culture. Priya’s mandate will include strengthening talent acquisition, leadership development, workforce planning, and employee experience across geographies.
Before joining Bahwan CyberTek, Priya served as Senior Vice President – Human Resources at Indium, where she led HR strategy for a high-growth digital engineering company with more than 2,000 employees across India, the United States, and the United Kingdom. During her tenure, she played a key role in enabling rapid business expansion while maintaining strong cultural foundations and people-centric outcomes in a fast-scaling environment.
Priya brings over two decades of diverse HR leadership experience across industries and global organisations. Her career includes senior HR roles at Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi, Shell, Standard Chartered, Infosys, and Ford Business Services. This cross-industry background spans IT services, automotive, oil and gas, and banking, giving her a broad perspective on managing complex, global workforces and aligning people strategies with evolving business models.
At Bahwan CyberTek, Priya is expected to focus on integrating HR practices across the Group’s varied business lines while supporting transformation initiatives driven by digital, analytics, and emerging technologies. Her experience in leading HR for multinational organisations is seen as a key asset as the company continues to deepen its global footprint and invest in long-term capability building.
