Deepti Jaisingh has been elevated to the role of Head – Lean Digital Core – India at Novartis, taking on an expanded leadership mandate within the organization. In her new position, she will lead Lean Digital Core (LDC) strategy, operations, and talent across India, with responsibility for large-scale program delivery, operating model evolution, and the adoption of global processes supporting hundreds of business users. She is also a member of the site leadership team, representing Lean Digital Core initiatives across enterprise-level forums.
Deepti has been associated with Novartis for more than eight years and brings deep institutional and global experience to the role. Prior to her current appointment, she served as Global Head of Service: Program Management, a position she held from April 2023 to January 2026, based in Hyderabad. In this role, she was responsible for shaping the “where to play” and “how to win” strategy for capability growth and evolution, managing profit and loss responsibilities, and delivering annual net result targets through growth and diversification. She led global program portfolios and cross-regional teams spanning the Americas, Europe, and Asia.
Earlier, from February 2021 to April 2023, Deepti worked as Principal – Novartis Consulting, where she led and steered program management for enterprise-critical and strategic business transformation engagements. Her responsibilities included integrated planning, technology solution delivery, risk governance, and coaching high-performance teams across complex transformation initiatives.
In her current role as Head – Lean Digital Core – India, which she assumed in January 2026, Deepti is based in India and works on-site. She leads LDC strategy, operations, and talent at the Novartis Operations Center in Hyderabad, overseeing a team of more than 200 associates. Her remit includes evolving the operating model to align with multiple parallel releases across regions and ensuring consistent execution across global programs.
Before joining Novartis, Deepti spent nearly eight years at Deloitte Consulting, from February 2010 to November 2017, where she served as a Manager in the Greater Hyderabad Area. During this period, she focused on solution design and project management for large-scale global technology implementations. Earlier in her career, she worked at Sierra Atlantic as a Functional Lead from March 2009 to February 2010, leading ERP implementations and competency-building initiatives for the North America region.
