In this role, he will lead initiatives aimed at strengthening the company’s strategic alliances ecosystem and accelerating business growth through structured global partnerships.
His appointment comes after a successful tenure as Director of Global Alliances & Partnerships at LTIMindtree, where he played a central role in developing resilient partner networks and driving go-to-market programs across key markets. During his time there, he focused on global alliance management, alliance formation, and partner relationship management, contributing to sustained revenue growth and new business opportunities.
Anusheel’s professional journey spans over two decades, including a 19-year career at L&T Infotech (LTI), where he progressed from Business Development Specialist to Director – Global Alliances. Over the years, he led strategic partnerships with major technology players such as Salesforce and MuleSoft, working to elevate partner tiers and secure multi-million dollar engagements across the APAC and India regions.
Between July 2019 and his transition into subsequent leadership roles, he served as Director – Global Alliances at L&T Infotech in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. In that capacity, he focused on developing and managing strategic partnerships with Salesforce and MuleSoft organizations that drove significant revenue expansion.
Earlier, as Regional Account Manager – APAC & India from May 2015 to June 2019, he oversaw sales, business growth, and operations for some of the largest European banking clients while also heading strategic manufacturing accounts. He played a key role in advancing digital and analytics-led growth initiatives during this period.
From July 2012 to April 2015, he served as Sales Manager in Mumbai, where he was instrumental in establishing and expanding LTI’s India sales team. He contributed to adding more than 15 new client logos, successfully closing multimillion-dollar USD deals and penetrating new business segments.
His early career included important sales and marketing responsibilities at Barry-Wehmiller International, where he gained foundational experience that blended technical insight with commercial execution. This combination of institutional knowledge within the L&T ecosystem and deep expertise in global alliance governance positions him to now lead LTM’s strategic partnership agenda at an international scale.
