Chuck Voleti Named CTO of Aurix Security, Leads Enterprise AI Transformation

Chuck Voleti has been appointed Chief Technology Officer of AURIX Security, where he will lead an ambitious enterprise-wide AI transformation strategy aimed at reshaping how technology drives security operations and customer experience.

In addition to his role as CTO, Chuck also serves as Chief Information Officer (CIO), overseeing IT strategy and operations across the broader group portfolio, including Specialized Security, M1 Global Security, and Metro One Security. Based in the New York City metropolitan area, he brings nearly 30 years of progressive IT leadership experience to this expanded mandate.

As CTO, Chuck is steering a comprehensive transformation that integrates intelligent automation, ERP modernization, and Edge AI capabilities directly into the company’s operating model. His approach goes beyond upgrading systems; it focuses on building an AI-enabled enterprise where real-time intelligence supports frontline teams, strengthens risk mitigation frameworks, and enables scalable growth.

By embedding AI across business functions, he is advancing a unified, data-driven architecture designed to generate predictive insights, improve operational agility, and sustain continuous innovation. Under this strategy, technology is positioned not as a back-end support function but as the core driver of competitive differentiation and long-term enterprise resilience.

“AI is not an initiative — it’s a structural shift in how we operate,” said Chuck. “Our focus is on deploying intelligent systems that empower teams, improve responsiveness, and unlock measurable business value across every brand we serve.”

In a recent leadership update, Chuck emphasized that enterprise technology in mission-critical security environments must be built with accountability and operational impact at its core. For him, digital transformation is not automation for its own sake. Instead, it involves integrating AI, modern data platforms, ERP systems, and cloud ecosystems in ways that reinforce human judgment, strengthen governance, and enhance cybersecurity resilience.

As CTO for AURIX Security, he is also guiding product innovation with a disciplined focus on scalable and transparent AI systems that support frontline operations without compromising trust.

Before joining the organisation and its affiliated brands, Chuck held senior leadership roles at IPC Systems, where he served as Head of Information Technology, and previously at C&S Wholesale Grocers and Office Depot. Across these roles, he built deep expertise in enterprise systems, solution architecture, and large-scale digital transformation.

He holds an MBA from the Warrington College of Business at the University of Florida and a Master of Science in Systems Science from Louisiana State University. Recognised for an empathetic yet accountable leadership style, Chuck fosters collaboration while setting clear expectations, consistently positioning IT as a strategic growth engine across the company’s portfolio.

Under his leadership, AI and human judgment are being combined to redefine the future of physical security—making operations smarter, safer, and more resilient.
