
Ravi Kikan has been appointed Chief Marketing & Growth Officer at HONO, where he will lead the company’s mission to build a multi-country, multi-module global HRMS enterprise platform. Based in Gurugram, he is responsible for scaling HONO’s international footprint, driving product innovation aligned with modern HR needs, and steering global go-to-market and growth strategy for progressive enterprises worldwide.
Ravi joins HONO following his tenure as Global Chief Marketing Officer at United We Care, where he was part of the founding team. During his time there, he spearheaded global GTM, digital sales, and product marketing initiatives for AI-driven mental health solutions, including the launch of “Stella,” positioned as the world’s first generative AI-powered digital human virtual coach for mental health.
Earlier, he served as Director – Marketing, Online Sales & Growth at ZingHR, where he built the global marketing function from the ground up, led international expansion and channel programs, and executed a major corporate identity transformation. His professional journey also includes leadership roles at Plus Offices, Panaesha Capital, and Indiabulls, spanning HRTech, healthtech, fintech, and proptech domains.
Beyond his corporate roles, Ravi is an Advisory Board Member at nasscom insights and a mentor with MentorEdge (CIIE–IIM Ahmedabad). He also serves as Board Advisor at Earth5R, supporting sustainability-led business models and strategic communication frameworks that connect impact with scalable growth.
With over two decades of experience across digital ecosystems, generative AI, HRTech, and global growth strategy, Ravi now leads HONO’s international expansion and brand transformation mandate as the company scales its enterprise HRMS offerings globally.
