
Arjun Laxminarasu has been appointed Head of Marketing for India and South East Asia at UiPath. He announced the development through a LinkedIn post, confirming his move to the automation software company to lead its regional marketing strategy.
“Excited to share that I’ve joined UiPath as Head of Marketing, India and South East Asia,” Laxminarasu wrote.
He joins UiPath after nearly six years at ServiceNow, where he held multiple leadership roles across marketing in India. Most recently, he served as Senior Director, Marketing, India. During his tenure, he also worked as Director, Marketing, India, and Senior Manager, Marketing, India, overseeing demand generation, brand-building initiatives, and industry engagement programmes while helping scale the company’s marketing operations in the region.
Reflecting on his transition, he shared, “After several transformative years building and scaling marketing at ServiceNow, I was looking for my next chapter, one that combines enterprise scale, intelligent automation, and the opportunity to shape impact globally.”
He further noted, “UiPath sits at the intersection of AI, automation, and real operational transformation, and that ambition deeply resonates with me.”
With over 15 years of experience in technology marketing, Laxminarasu has led enterprise marketing initiatives for leading cloud organisations, supporting digital transformation efforts across industries in the Indian subcontinent. His expertise spans account-based marketing, integrated and digital campaigns, partner and channel marketing, as well as sales and alliance management.
Prior to ServiceNow, he was associated with Qlik, Salesforce, and Accenture.
