Impacteers has appointed Sundar G M as Chief Business Officer, effective March 2026. Based in Chennai, he will take on an enterprise-wide mandate to steer overall business strategy and oversee operational execution, with a clear focus on accelerating growth, fostering innovation, and deepening strategic partnerships across enterprise and academic stakeholders within the Impacteers ecosystem.
In his new executive capacity, Sundar will be responsible for aligning long-term strategic priorities with operational performance, while expanding the organization’s footprint through collaborative alliances and scalable business models.
Sundar brings more than 25 years of leadership experience spanning executive search, CXO advisory, and business development. Prior to this appointment, he served as Business Head at PEPPERTREE People Solutions and as Senior Client Partner at TATE Leadership Consulting LLP, where he specialized in C-suite and senior leadership search mandates across industries.
Earlier in his career, he spent a decade at Randstad India, rising to the role of Head of Engineering Resourcing Solutions. During this period, he built and scaled a national technical recruitment capability, strengthening the firm’s presence in engineering and specialized talent acquisition.
His professional journey began with strategic sales and business development roles at Kelly, Carlson, and Days Inn, where he developed a strong foundation in client engagement, market expansion, and revenue growth.
Combining over two decades of expertise in CXO hiring and corporate strategy with a demonstrated ability to scale operations, Sundar now steps into the Chief Business Officer role to lead Impacteers’ next phase of growth and strategic evolution.
