Home services startup Pronto has secured $25 million (approximately Rs 228.9 crore) in a Series B funding round led by Epiq Capital. The round also saw participation from existing backers Glade Brook Capital, General Catalyst, and Bain Capital Ventures.
This funding comes just six months after the company closed its $11 million Series A round, reflecting sustained investor confidence in its rapid growth trajectory.
The capital raised will be deployed over the next 12 to 18 months to onboard and train more service professionals, while strengthening operational capabilities across its existing cities and service categories.
Founded in 2025 by Anjali Sardana, Pronto operates a 10-minute on-demand home services model designed to connect urban households with trained and background-verified domestic workers. The platform enables instant, scheduled, and recurring bookings for services including sweeping, mopping, utensil washing, kitchen and bathroom cleaning, laundry assistance, and other routine household chores.
Currently, Pronto has a presence in Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Mumbai, and other cities. The company reports a sharp rise in daily bookings, growing from around 1,000 to more than 18,000 within the past seven months. It also claims to be expanding at a rate exceeding 20% week-on-week. The startup works with nearly 3,000 professionals and is supported by a core team of approximately 60 employees.
Recently, Pronto relocated its headquarters to Bengaluru, while continuing to operate its customer support functions from Gurugram.
Within the instant home services segment, Pronto competes with players such as Snabbit and Urban Company’s Insta Help. Snabbit raised $30 million in a Series C round in October last year. Urban Company has stated that Insta Help crossed 50,000 daily bookings within a year of launch, while Snabbit recorded over 8 lakh bookings in February alone, underscoring the growing demand and intensifying competition in the rapid home services space.
