
Meghna Pradhan has been appointed as Assistant Vice President – Tech & Digital at HDFC Bank. In her new role, she will spearhead technology and digital transformation initiatives aimed at strengthening data-driven innovation and supporting enterprise-scale program execution within the bank.
Based in Bengaluru, Pradhan will focus on enhancing the bank’s digital capabilities while refining technology frameworks to support evolving business priorities. Her mandate includes aligning technology strategies with the organisation’s growth objectives as the financial services sector continues to rapidly advance its digital ecosystem.
Pradhan brings with her significant experience in technical program management, enterprise technology and data analytics. Prior to joining HDFC Bank, she worked as Technical Program Manager at Netradyne, where she led cross-functional technology initiatives and leveraged analytics and Tableau-driven insights to support program delivery and operational improvements.
Earlier in her career, she served as Technology Lead at Infosys, where she managed technology-led projects and contributed to large-scale enterprise solutions. She also held the position of Senior Software Engineer at Danske IT and Support Services India Pvt Ltd and CGI, gaining extensive experience in enterprise technology development and system integration.
Pradhan’s professional journey also includes her role as Application Development Analyst at Accenture, where she worked on application development and enterprise technology implementations. Her early professional exposure began with an internship at National Aerospace Laboratories, which helped build the foundation for her technical expertise.
Across these roles, she has developed deep capabilities in DataStage development, Unix, DB2, Agile methodologies and large-scale system integrations. Her career progression reflects a strong focus on digital innovation, program governance and the application of data-driven strategies to drive technology transformation.
