Kyndryl Solutions Private Limited has appointed Rajan Kumar as Associate Director – Software Architecture at its Bengaluru office.
With more than 18 years of experience in enterprise technology and software development, Kumar brings strong expertise in solution architecture, application security and architectural design patterns. In his new role, he will focus on modernising enterprise applications and delivering scalable, secure and sustainable technology solutions to support evolving business needs and digital transformation initiatives.
Prior to joining Kyndryl, Kumar served as Associate Director at Wells Fargo International Solutions and also worked with HSBC Software Development India, where he contributed to enterprise technology initiatives.
Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at Cognizant Technology Solutions as Vice President and Lead Software Engineer, as well as Senior Associate – Projects. His professional journey also includes roles such as Senior IT Analyst at Dell Technologies, IT Analyst at Tata Consultancy Services, Associate IT Consultant at ITC Infotech and Technical Support Engineer at Hewlett Packard Enterprise.
Through these roles, Kumar has built extensive expertise across enterprise architecture, software engineering and large-scale IT services. In his new position at Kyndryl, he is expected to contribute to strengthening the company’s enterprise technology capabilities and support clients in advancing their digital transformation strategies.
