Satheesh Palakkeel has been appointed as Vice President – Digital Engineering at Quess Corp Limited. In his new role, he will spearhead digital engineering initiatives aimed at strengthening the company’s technology capabilities and accelerating innovation across enterprise platforms and services.
At Quess Corp, Palakkeel will focus on driving large-scale digital transformation efforts, building modern engineering architectures, and enabling scalable, technology-led solutions. His mandate includes enhancing enterprise platforms and supporting the organization’s broader push toward innovation-driven growth.
Palakkeel brings extensive experience in digital transformation, engineering leadership, and complex technology delivery. He has a strong track record of building high-performance engineering teams, modernizing platforms, and delivering large-scale digital programs across organizations.
Prior to joining Quess Corp, he was associated with HCLTech for over eight years, where he held several senior leadership roles. Most recently, he served as Senior Program Director from December 2025 to March 2026. Before that, he worked as General Manager between April 2024 and December 2025, Deputy General Manager from December 2021 to April 2024, and Associate General Manager from February 2018 to December 2021. During his tenure, he led multiple digital engineering and transformation initiatives, contributing to enterprise-scale technology delivery and innovation programs.
Earlier in his career, Palakkeel spent over five years at AXISCADES Engineering Technologies Ltd, where he served as Deputy General Manager from July 2014 to February 2018 and as Senior Manager from February 2013 to June 2014. In these roles, he was involved in engineering services, program management, and technology development initiatives.
With a career spanning more than a decade in digital engineering and technology leadership, Palakkeel brings deep expertise in enterprise transformation and platform modernization. His appointment underscores Quess Corp’s continued focus on strengthening its digital engineering capabilities and driving innovation-led growth in an increasingly technology-driven business environment.
