Rajesh Sharma has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer at SASMOS HET TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED. In this role, he will oversee the company’s financial strategy, governance frameworks, and compliance mechanisms, while driving capital efficiency, operational excellence, and long-term value creation.
Sharma brings decades of leadership experience across finance and business management, with a strong track record of driving transformation and strengthening governance in global organizations. His mandate at SASMOS HET Technologies will include aligning financial strategy with business growth objectives and enhancing overall financial performance.
Prior to this appointment, Sharma served as Chief Executive Officer at Kaynes Technology India Limited, where he led a phase of transformative growth and successfully guided the company through a landmark initial public offering (IPO). His leadership played a key role in strengthening corporate governance and scaling operations during a critical growth phase.
Earlier, he held senior finance leadership roles at Syngene International Limited and Allergan, where he contributed to financial planning, compliance, and strategic business initiatives. He has also held CXO-level positions at Cryo-Save Group and Indus League Clothing Ltd.
In addition, Sharma’s career includes stints at global organizations such as Volvo Group, Siemens, and Deloitte, where he built deep expertise in financial leadership, regulatory compliance, risk management, and business transformation.
