Natarajan Laxsmanan has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Alldigi Tech, with the appointment taking effect from 18 March 2026 following approval by the company’s board. In this capacity, he will be responsible for shaping the organization’s strategic direction, with a strong emphasis on expanding global business process management (BPM) capabilities, advancing digital transformation initiatives, and driving growth through innovation, automation, and a client-focused delivery approach.
Before stepping into this role, Natarajan served as Chief Operating Officer at Digitide Solutions, where he led global BPM operations and focused on strengthening execution across multiple service lines. During his tenure, he worked on enhancing customer value, improving operational profitability, and enabling future-ready transformation. His leadership supported clients across sectors including banking and financial services, automotive, retail, and healthcare, while also contributing to the development of scalable, technology-driven, and performance-oriented operating models.
With over 25 years of international experience, Natarajan has managed large-scale operations across key markets such as India, the Philippines, China, Australia, Malaysia, and Singapore. His career includes senior leadership roles at Accenture and Alight Solutions, where he held end-to-end P&L responsibilities, built high-performing teams, and delivered transformation programs in complex, multi-market environments.
Earlier in his professional journey, he was associated with organizations such as Sitel Group, Wipro, D-Link India Limited, and Stream Global Services, gaining deep expertise in operations, service delivery, and enterprise-scale transformation.
Academically, Natarajan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from University of Mumbai. Over the course of his career, he has established a strong track record in driving operational excellence, building resilient global teams, and delivering sustainable business outcomes.
With this appointment, Natarajan brings extensive leadership experience, operational depth, and strategic insight to Alldigi Tech. His leadership is expected to accelerate the company’s growth trajectory, strengthen its global BPM footprint, and enhance its ability to deliver innovative, technology-enabled solutions to clients worldwide.
