Shivanshu Agnihotri has been appointed as Associate Director – Engineering at Kore.ai, marking a significant milestone in his journey with the organization. In this role, he will lead engineering teams and drive the development of advanced conversational AI solutions, leveraging his expertise in machine learning, large language models (LLMs), and generative AI to build scalable, NLP-driven products.
Having grown within Kore.ai, Shivanshu previously served as Senior Engineering Manager, where he led Agile transformation initiatives and delivered complex AI and NLP programs. His work has been instrumental in strengthening engineering execution, improving delivery frameworks, and enabling the successful rollout of high-impact, enterprise-grade AI solutions.
With a diverse career spanning multiple industries, Shivanshu has held key roles at Y Media Labs, Cognizant, and Accenture, where he contributed to digital transformation and large-scale technology initiatives. Earlier in his career, he gained foundational experience at Tata Projects, Pennar Industries Limited, GD Research Center Pvt. Ltd., and DataMonitor, building strong capabilities across engineering, analytics, and enterprise systems.
Over the years, he has developed deep expertise in AI-led engineering, project management, and cross-functional leadership, consistently building and scaling high-performing teams while delivering innovative technology solutions. His experience across both traditional engineering environments and cutting-edge AI ecosystems positions him to effectively drive the next phase of innovation at Kore.ai.
