Daniel Kraizer has been elevated to Director, NPI Engineering & Operations at NVIDIA, marking the next phase in his journey within the organization. In this expanded role, he will oversee both engineering execution and operational strategy, driving new product introduction (NPI) initiatives and strengthening cross-functional delivery in high-performance environments.
Kraizer has built a strong track record in leading complex product launches and optimizing operational frameworks. Most recently, he served as Senior Manager, NPI Engineering, where he played a key role in steering large-scale product introductions and refining processes to support efficient execution. Prior to that, as Manager, NPI Engineering, he was instrumental in aligning cross-functional teams and delivering results in fast-paced, innovation-driven settings.
His association with NVIDIA spans over six years, beginning shortly after the company’s acquisition of Mellanox Technologies, where he had already established himself as an NPI Engineer and later as Manager, NPI Engineering. This continuity has provided him with deep exposure to advanced hardware development and the operational rigor required to bring cutting-edge technologies to market.
With this elevation, Kraizer takes on a broader mandate, combining engineering leadership with operational oversight to support NVIDIA’s continued innovation at scale. His experience reflects a balance of precision, execution excellence, and the ability to operate effectively in high-growth, technology-driven environments.
Earlier in his journey, he also served as Chairman of the Student Association at ORT Braude College, demonstrating leadership and organizational capabilities from the outset of his career.
An industrial and management engineering graduate, Kraizer brings a blend of technical expertise and strategic insight, positioning him well to contribute to NVIDIA’s ongoing advancements in high-performance computing and next-generation technologies.
