Pratyush’s elevation reflects a career spanning over 17 years within the organization, during which he has steadily progressed from a Marketing Analyst to a senior leadership position. His journey highlights a consistent contribution to building strong marketing capabilities and shaping the company’s corporate marketing direction.
In his new role, he will be responsible for strengthening marketing strategy, enhancing brand positioning, and driving deeper stakeholder engagement. His leadership will play a crucial role as Persistent Systems continues to expand its global footprint and scale its digital transformation and technology offerings.
Announcing the development on LinkedIn, Pratyush described the transition as a milestone shaped by mentorship and collaboration. He acknowledged the guidance of senior leaders Anand Deshpande, Sandeep Kalra, and Shimona Chadha, along with the broader support of colleagues who have contributed to his professional journey.
Throughout his tenure, Pratyush has held diverse roles across Employer Branding, Marketing Analytics, Corporate Communications, and Digital Strategy. His contributions have been instrumental in strengthening Persistent’s positioning as an AI-led digital engineering company and enhancing its employer brand in competitive markets.
