Bacancy Systems, an Ahmedabad-based electronics manufacturing startup, has raised ₹40 crore (approximately $4.2 million) in its Series A funding round, led by Sabre Partners and Greenstone Capital. Both investors have acquired minority stakes in the company through primary investments.
Founded in 2021 by Binal Patel, Krunal Patel, and Hardik Sheth, Bacancy Systems develops embedded hardware and software solutions for sectors such as electric mobility, healthcare, and railways. The company specializes in IP-driven products that integrate hardware, firmware, and cloud technologies.
The fresh capital will be used to expand the company’s manufacturing infrastructure, enhance product development, and strengthen research and development capabilities. Bacancy Systems is also looking to deepen its presence in the railway electronics segment, offering advanced train control and management systems, traction and auxiliary converter controls, and remote monitoring platforms.
In the electric mobility domain, Bacancy provides embedded solutions for EV OEMs and charging infrastructure players, including DC charger controllers and related systems. The company aims to leverage the funding to scale operations, develop innovative products, and tap into India’s growing focus on EV infrastructure and railway modernisation.
With the Series A infusion, Bacancy Systems is poised to accelerate its growth trajectory, strengthen its technology portfolio, and expand both domestic and international market presence in the coming years.
