Aakriti Singh has been elevated to Director, Business & Technology Insights (BTI) at Gartner, marking a key progression in her career with the firm spanning over seven years.
In her most recent role as Team Manager within the BTI division, she was responsible for leading teams that delivered strategic research and advisory solutions tailored to C-suite executives. Her work focused on advancing data and analytics capabilities, strengthening operational efficiency, and building high-performing teams through structured hiring, onboarding, and continuous upskilling initiatives.
Earlier in her tenure at Gartner, Singh contributed as a Senior Market Research Specialist, where she collaborated closely with leadership and analyst teams to develop scalable research solutions addressing mission-critical business priorities. Her efforts played an important role in enhancing the firm’s advisory impact across global clients.
Before joining Gartner, she gained valuable experience at IDC, where she worked on consulting assignments and developed insights around emerging technologies including social, mobility, big data, and cloud. She also served as a Senior Analyst at KPMG, building a strong foundation in advisory and consulting.
In addition, Singh held roles at MarketsandMarkets and began her professional journey with an internship at Ashok Leyland.
In her new role as Director, she will focus on expanding research capabilities, enhancing advisory offerings, and delivering deeper strategic insights to support global enterprises in navigating complex business and technology challenges.
