Satark AI, a cybersecurity startup based in Ahmedabad, has raised pre-seed funding through convertible notes at a valuation cap of $4 million. The round follows its earlier funding from Infynno Solutions at a $3 million valuation cap, reflecting an upward trajectory as the company moves toward enterprise-level validation.
The capital will be used to further develop and validate its AI-driven cyber risk platform through pilot deployments with enterprise clients.
Founded in 2025 by Rutvij Vora, Hitaishu Vora, and Kaivashin Sethna, Satark AI is building what it describes as an intelligent decision layer designed to sit on top of existing cybersecurity systems.
Rather than adding another standalone tool, the platform integrates with widely used enterprise security frameworks such as SIEM, XDR, IAM, WAF, SOAR, and CSPM, enabling organizations to process large volumes of alerts more efficiently.
At its core, the platform focuses on reducing alert fatigue—cutting down as much as 70% of noise—and transforming fragmented security signals into clear, actionable business risk insights. By condensing thousands of alerts into context-driven decisions, it aims to simplify security operations and improve response prioritization.
