US-based startup Neubird raises $19.3 million to expand AI-powered IT operations platform

US startup Neubird has secured $19.3 million in a recent funding round aimed at scaling its AI-driven platform designed for IT operations. The round was led by Xora Innovation, with participation from investors including Mayfield, StepStone Group, Prosperity7 Ventures, and Microsoft’s M12 fund. The investment reflects growing interest in leveraging artificial intelligence to streamline enterprise IT management and reduce operational complexity.

The company plans to use the newly raised capital to accelerate product development and expand its global go-to-market strategy. Neubird is focusing on making its platform more accessible to DevOps, site reliability engineering (SRE), and IT operations teams, enabling enterprises to handle increasingly complex multi-cloud environments more efficiently.

Neubird’s platform is designed to address the growing challenge of managing large-scale IT systems that generate continuous streams of alerts, logs, and telemetry data. In traditional setups, engineers spend a significant portion of their time responding to incidents, which slows innovation and increases operational strain. The company’s solution replaces these manual processes with an autonomous system capable of analyzing data, identifying root causes, and resolving issues in real time.

A key component of the platform is its next-generation engine, which extends capabilities beyond incident response to include predictive risk detection and infrastructure cost optimization. This allows organizations to prevent issues before they escalate, improving system reliability while enabling engineering teams to focus on higher-value tasks.

Since its public launch in December 2024, Neubird has demonstrated strong traction, with customers reportedly managing more than a million alerts and saving over $2 million in engineering time. The platform has also helped reduce mean time to resolution by as much as 90%, highlighting its potential to significantly enhance operational efficiency across enterprise environments.

With enterprises facing increasing pressure to maintain uptime while managing complex infrastructure, Neubird aims to position itself as a critical AI layer in IT operations. By automating incident management and reducing manual intervention, the company is working to address talent shortages, improve productivity, and enable organizations to scale their digital operations more effectively.
