Scaler Elevates Amar Srivastava and Vidit Jain to Drive AI-Led Growth

Scaler has announced key leadership elevations across its online and offline business units, reinforcing its focus on scaling growth in an AI-driven skilling ecosystem.

Amar Srivastava has been appointed as CEO, Online Business and Group Chief Product Officer. In this expanded role, he will lead the company’s online business, focusing on growth, profitability, and expansion into new segments, while also strengthening the overall product ecosystem across the organization.

Vidit Jain has been elevated to Senior Vice President and Head of Scaler School. He will oversee the company’s offline education initiatives, including the Scaler School of Business and the Scaler School of Technology, with a mandate to drive growth, improve unit economics, and build stronger employer partnerships.

The leadership changes come as Scaler sharpens its positioning across individual learners, campus programs, and enterprise segments, responding to increasing demand for AI-focused, industry-aligned training.

The company had also recently appointed Ratnakar Reddy as Head of Enterprise for India and MENA, with a focus on building partnerships with governments and enterprises to expand AI-led skilling initiatives.

Commenting on the development, Abhimanyu Saxena said, “Amar and Vidit have been central to Scaler’s journey, and their elevations reflect our conviction in their leadership and the direction we are shaping as a company. With leadership now in place across the business, we remain focused on building engineers the world’s best companies want to hire. In an AI-first economy, that mission is more urgent- and more achievable -than ever. Our next chapter is centred on building an AI-native workforce from India, equipped to compete in a technology-driven global economy.”

Amar Srivastava brings over a decade of experience in building and scaling education-focused ventures across product, technology, and business. He previously founded Intellify and was part of the early team at Doubtnut. Reflecting on his new role, he said, “The AI economy does not have a shortage of tools—it has a shortage of engineers who can think clearly, build reliably, and keep learning as the ground shifts. That is what we are building toward.”

Vidit Jain brings more than 15 years of experience across startups and consulting, including roles at MPL and McKinsey & Company. Speaking on his role, he said, “The offline experience is where depth gets built – and that depth is critical in the AI era. Over the next 12 months, our focus will be on consistent growth, stronger unit economics, and delivering outcomes for students while building long-term employer partnerships.”

These leadership changes signal Scaler’s intent to deepen its presence in the rapidly evolving AI skilling landscape, as it aligns its offerings with the needs of a technology-driven global workforce.
