Shekhar Manjargi has been appointed as Vice President, Technology at Lytx, Inc., effective March 2026. Based in Bengaluru, he will lead the company’s technology strategy while overseeing operational execution across its India technology hub.
In this role, he will be responsible for scaling the India engineering center, driving platform-level innovation, and ensuring alignment between regional development efforts and Lytx’s global product roadmap focused on safety and productivity solutions.
Manjargi brings over 25 years of experience in global engineering leadership and Global Capability Center (GCC) operations. Prior to joining Lytx, he served as Vice President and Site Leader at Neighborly, where he played a key role in establishing and scaling the company’s India GCC.
Earlier, he held leadership positions at IQVIA, where he led product development initiatives, and at Sabre Corporation, where he contributed to large-scale engineering programs.
He has also been associated with Ness Digital Engineering, Dell Technologies, and Tech Mahindra, building a strong foundation across enterprise technology, engineering, and delivery.
With extensive experience in building and scaling technology teams, Shekhar Manjargi brings a strong “site-builder” perspective to his new role. His appointment reflects Lytx’s focus on strengthening its global engineering capabilities and expanding its innovation footprint through its India operations.
