AI startup H2LooP has secured $2 million (approximately ₹18.6 crore) in a seed funding round led by Speciale Invest and 3one4 Capital, as it looks to expand its AI-driven platform for embedded systems and accelerate enterprise adoption.
Founded in 2025 by Sairanjan Mishra and Pulkit Agrawal, the company focuses on building AI-native tools that help engineers develop and manage system software embedded in hardware devices such as automobiles, drones, medical equipment, and consumer electronics.
The platform leverages specialised small language models (SLMs) to analyse code, generate documentation, and assist in debugging, enabling faster development cycles and improved software reliability. It can also process crash logs and legacy codebases, helping engineering teams better understand complex systems and resolve issues efficiently.
H2LooP is also developing a broader data platform for hardware engineering, alongside domain-specific coding models tailored for software that runs inside physical systems. These tools are designed to improve system design, enhance code security, and streamline development workflows across industries such as automotive, aerospace, and semiconductors.
The newly raised capital will be used to strengthen the company’s core platform, scale enterprise deployments, and expand into high-complexity sectors including data centres, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), and robotics—areas where real-time performance, reliability, and data control are critical.
Currently, H2LooP is working with semiconductor companies, telecom firms, and defence organisations to deploy its solutions in real-world environments, positioning itself as a key player in bridging the gap between rapid hardware innovation and slower software development cycles.
The funding comes amid a broader surge in AI investments in India, driven by increasing adoption of advanced technologies and the growing need for intelligent systems across industries.
