
Takeda has announced the appointment of Lauren Duprey as Chief Transformation Officer as part of its leadership changes aimed at accelerating organizational transformation and future growth. In her new role, Lauren Duprey will lead Takeda’s transformation office and spearhead company-wide initiatives, including AI-led transformation and operational improvements. Her mandate includes driving efficiency, enhancing organizational capabilities, and ensuring alignment across global teams as the company continues to evolve in a rapidly changing healthcare landscape.
Duprey brings extensive experience in human resources and organizational transformation, with a strong track record of leading large-scale change initiatives. Prior to joining Takeda, she worked at Biogen, where she held multiple senior HR leadership roles, including Vice President, Human Resources of Worldwide Medical and US Organization, Head of People Services, HR Business Leader for R&D, and HR Business Leader for Corporate Functions.
Earlier in her career, she worked as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte, where she gained valuable experience in advisory and transformation projects. She also built a strong leadership foundation through multiple roles at GE as part of its Human Resources Leadership Program and began her professional journey with Clarion Healthcare as an associate.
