
AI startup Anthropic has appointed Vas Narasimhan, the Chief Executive Officer of Novartis, to its board of directors, marking a significant move to strengthen its presence in the healthcare and life sciences domain.
Narasimhan becomes the first executive from the pharmaceutical industry to join Anthropic’s board, highlighting the growing convergence between artificial intelligence and healthcare innovation.
