Kanika Kapoor has taken on the role of Director – Data and Analytics at NatWest Group, marking a key step in her leadership journey within the organization.
In this role, she will focus on advancing data-driven transformation initiatives, strengthening analytics capabilities, and enabling strategic decision-making across the business.
She has built an extensive career within the NatWest ecosystem, progressing through multiple leadership roles. Most recently, she served as Senior Vice President from October 2024 to April 2026 in Gurugram, Haryana, India. Prior to that, she worked as Analytics Lead – Cross Functional Transformation at NatWest Commercial and Institutional from January 2023 to December 2024, where she led transformation initiatives across business functions.
Earlier, she held the position of Global Delivery Manager at NatWest Markets Plc from April 2021 to August 2023, contributing to large-scale delivery and stakeholder management efforts. A significant part of her career was also spent at NatWest Markets, where she served as Vice President – Data Governance Manager from August 2011 to April 2022, building strong expertise in data governance and analytics.
Before her tenure at NatWest, she was associated with organizations such as Infosys, EY, and Sapient, where she developed a strong foundation in analytics, financial technology, and consulting.
Kanika holds academic credentials in Data Science and AI from the Indian Institute of Technology Madras, along with a finance degree from the Symbiosis International University.
With experience spanning data governance, analytics, and enterprise transformation, Kanika Kapoor brings a strong perspective to further strengthen NatWest Group’s data capabilities and drive innovation in a data-driven financial landscape.
