Rohit Dubey has been promoted to Director – Last Mile at Shadowfax, marking a significant step in his journey within the organization. His elevation reflects the company’s focus on strengthening its last-mile delivery capabilities, a critical component in the rapidly evolving logistics and e-commerce ecosystem.
In his new role, Dubey will oversee last-mile delivery operations, with a focus on expanding serviceability, improving operational efficiency, and driving growth and revenue across key markets. He will be responsible for ensuring seamless delivery execution while optimizing logistics networks to meet increasing demand and customer expectations.
Dubey has been associated with Shadowfax for nearly five years, during which he has progressed through multiple leadership roles. Most recently, he served as POD Head – Last Mile Operations, where he played a key role in managing delivery performance and scaling operations. His contributions have been instrumental in enhancing service quality and operational outcomes.
Prior to this, he held positions such as Associate Director – Middle Mile and Cross Dock Operations and Site Lead – Middle Mile Operations at Shadowfax. In these roles, he managed large-scale logistics operations and led strategic initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and throughput across the supply chain network.
Earlier in his career, Dubey worked with organizations including Ninjacart, Swiggy, Blinkit, NuvoEx, and Discovery Logistics. With extensive experience in supply chain management and last-mile delivery, his elevation highlights his strong leadership in optimizing logistics networks and scaling operations in a highly competitive industry.
