Al-lahham brings more than 30 years of cross-industry experience, with a strong background spanning the energy, transportation, manufacturing and retail sectors. Throughout his career, he has developed a reputation for driving business transformation, strengthening operational performance and fostering strategic growth within organisations across Saudi Arabia and the wider region.
Prior to joining Golden Petrol Co., Al-lahham held significant leadership positions in several major companies. He served as Vice President at Riyadh Cables Group, where he led key initiatives in corporate operations and growth strategy. He also worked as Director of Retail Operations at ASTRA Group, further enhancing his expertise in complex retail and organisational environments.
Earlier in his career, Al-lahham spent more than eight years with Safeway International as a Center Manager, where he gained extensive experience in retail management, business operations and customer service leadership. His tenure at Safeway International helped shape his deep understanding of business analysis, data management and operational efficiency.
Across his leadership journey, Al-lahham has consistently demonstrated a commitment to operational excellence and strategic business development. His experience encompasses large-scale organisational management, process optimisation and performance improvement, reflecting a strong record of delivering results in diverse industrial contexts.
